I'm reading some reports that Campbell has been told he is free to leave, along with Ji, Wickham and Noble?

I assume the latter 3 would be on loan but not Campbell?

    Anyone else read this?

Surely this could only mean that there is still another 2 or 3 attacking players to come in?

It's spreading this tale mate, literally just been discussing with a Liverpool lad on Chelsea board.

I say we send him on loan to Hull till Christmas, and take it from there, familiarity with the club, and Bruce may save the lad.

I read about Campbell being allowed to go. but nothing on the other 3.

I deffo think we should keep Wickham, Ji & Noble. if we Sign Flecther & another forward before the window closes we should loan out Noble & Wickham. I think Ji will do well this season.

Blackburn were supposed to be after Campbell if so a straight swap for Olsson would do for me.

It does sound like Fraizer may be on his way as this was in the Journal this morning:

    http://www.journallive.co.uk/safc/safc-news/2012/08/23/fraizer-campbell-future-at-safc-is-uncertain-61634-31679129/

However I think this is really a poor article. If you read through it says Fraizers 'stock has fallen dramatically in the last 4 months'. How can they know this? MoN would never express such an opinion to a journalist. The article goes on to say that the young lads are likely to go on loan, even though previously it states they have been told they are 'surplus to requirements'. May be a case of a journalist making stuff up because the club is so good at keeping all deals secret until they happen (much to everyone's frustration!).

Ji has already been told by MON that he very much does figure in his plans at Sunderland and has been given extended leave following the Olympics. Must admit, the lad looked alot stockier when I saw him playing with Korea...looking forward to seeing him progress
