Emnes?

One of the rags has mentioned we are to offer boro 2 million for him.

I know he did well for us on loan in the Championship, and wont forget him against the redbirds. But should we really be looking at championship? And 2m? Thats what we paid for Graham, who was top scorer in the division.

 

This story was circulating after Brendan left. Jenkins stated that before the end of the season they enquired about him but that was all. Lazy journalism rehashed the story prior to Laudrup arriving

Its probably the same story doing the rounds again. Cant see when or why Laudrup would have looked at waht kind of player Emnes is.

 

We should be looking elsewhere. He wouldn't cut it in the Prem

 

I like Emnes but I agree that I'm not convinced he's one that could make the step up. Another foreign player too and I'm still worried about that quota. But I have a hunch that HJ likes him.

Not for me, think we have out grown the need for Emnes, and looking for a better quality player.

 

Definitely NOT!!! We have moved up from him in terms of quality.

 

We've had a fantastic transfer window , lets not ruin it . Michu , Chico & Emnes .... one of those players doesn't belong in our " 2 million transfer club " & it ain't the first two IMO .
