    Someone is claiming Man Utd have firmed up their interest in Cabaye but Pardew has apparently told Mike and Derek not to entertain any offers for him. It's only twitter so more than likely that it's complete and utter sh*t but thought i'd post it anyway.

    tbh it's Fellaini they need not Cabaye, they signed Kagawa and to a lesser extent Powell who both play a similar role.

    Man Utd don't need creative players, they need a holding mid. A bid for Tiote is the only one I'd perhaps believe would come from Manure.

    From some bloke calling himself @footballagent49 so yeah it is probably not true (which to be fair I did advise in the OP). I'd rather lose Cabaye than Tiote, this may be controversial but for me Cabaye only showed his best form in the last 8-10 games, Guthrie outshone him for much of the season for me.
