bostock v leeds was better for me, then swansea as it was the wrong side for a left footer...
i also enjoyed mcleans second against scunny, thought the movement etc, was class..

    1-gerrard
    2-rosenoir
    3-barmby

for me barmby has effected every game hes played in a positive manner, that derserves a mention even if it was only mainly as a sub..
nothing to choose between gerrard and rosenoir, just plumped for gerrard as if we do make it, vital goals at home to preston and at derby just edge it...

It was his goals that edged it for me to vote Gerrard 1st. then opted Rosenior 2nd. Don't why, but didn't think of Barmby, probably should have voted him 3rd instead of Fryatt.

I certainly thing that Andy Dawson deserves a mention somewhere along the way. He's pretty much the only pre-Pearson player to survive the cull and play a full part in the season. He had a bit of a dip in form earlier in the season but I think that since Ashbee went to PNE that Dawson has led by example as our captain and I think he should be recognised for that effort.

I went for the same three, but put Rosie ahead of Gerrard, not much in it so I went for the one who's actually ours.

    1. Gerrard
    2. Rosenior
    3. Koren

Koren deserves a mention specifically for his efforts in helping us through the first half of the season when we were in turmoil, even though he has been a bit inconsistent of late.

Goal: Bostock v Leeds - I was there to see that one but not v Swansea. That's the only way I can split those two.

    1. Rosenior
    2. Gerrard
    3. Barmby (if Stewart hadn't have got injured i'd have probably picked him somewhere in the three)

Goal... Completey agree about the opener at Scunny, fantastic team goal, great passing that lead up to it. But gonna have to go with Bostock vs. Swansea as it was a belter!

I found it funny how Harper was stood around the ball (on the Bostock free kick v Leeds) as if he was gonna take it. <laugh>

    Gerrard
    Rosenior
    Chester

    Bostock v Swansea

They were my picks, I think the signing of chester has been brilliant business and the way he adapted to the championship at both centre half and centre mid has been exemplary

I know Gerrard has been great but I wanted to go for players we owned.

    I've gone:
    1) Gerrard
    2) Fryatt
    3) Rosenior
    Goal - Bostock vs Leeds

I've gone based on the influence they've had. Gerrard has sorted out our defence early in the season, and Fryatt coming in has given us a threat up front again. Rosenior has had a good consistent season but he hasn't really brought the best out of anybody else the way Gerrard has and I judge defenders on their defensive abilities more than their attacking ones. (Rosy may be harshly marked on that due to being so good at going forwards he's not stood out to me as much defensively as he otherwise would)

The goal will be won by the Swansea goal though. It was witnessed first hand by more of our fans as it was at the KC and it got much more media coverage so it's stuck in the mind more for people. I quite liked Koren's against Ipswich as well, but that might be nicer for me because it was the first goal I'd seen us score in 10 games going back to Burnley last season (and we lost that 4-1).
