    I think he is the best player in the Championship, he just has to gel with the rest of the team.
    I also think he is one of the hardest workers too.

    Absolutely !!.. Best said by swamp .... Actually one of my top 20 players anywhere , anytime ... his play ethic is pure , do anything for a goal !

    I think based on his experience, where he was last season, and his performances in the Premiership... yes.
