To be expected really, lets hope they don't take the piss though, there wasn't much in it.

 

Very silly thing to do really, think he should accept a punishment quietly and move on. Never seen a precedent to this, so maybe the sweet justice of Thor's hammer will be wrought upon Alan... Pretty sure his teeth would break said hammer anyway.

 

Wenger got a 1 game ban for this, not too much different from the Pardew incident really.

But is it just me, or did that assistant look up for a fight after the slightest of touches by Wenger?

 

I actually think Wenger incident, although similar is slightly worse because it was more of a full on shove from behind, when Pardew's was more of a "did you see that" tap on the arm, plus Wenger squares up to the official in question after the push aswell.

Probably will be a one game ban though, not too worried about it, have faith that JC can do the business while taking instructions from Pards.

 

Also it annoys me how Villas-Boas was out of the technical area on many occasions, that is why the linesman missed that the ball was out of play.

 

Pardew will have to accept whatever they give him
his punishment will be there for everyone to see

meanwhile the blind assistant will be marked down a few points, big deal could of cost us a goal
not to mention the other assistant on the East stand side who couldn't see that Defoe was offside before scoring
which did cost us a goal

Wenger got one match for a similar push, so surely Pardew should get the same.

 

The Wenger push was about the same a Pardews but Wenger was very aggresive in his manner where pardews wasn't one of aggression but more did you not see that?? just being passionate about the game, like we all get carried away.

Saying that he shouldn't of done it and a one match ban would be reasonable, think 3 would be harsh but not the end of the world cause we'll have Carver there to pass the message on.
He has apologised and shown remorse which will go in his favour.

Pardew has already said he'll accept any punishment, I do hope it doesn't get blown out of proportion by the media, Pardew has only just began making tv appearances since his infamous gaff, lets hope it doesn't keep getting churned up.
