will man united win? long story short ive had a bad start to the season at the bookies and see them @ 10/11 as the ideal way to scoop it back but theres a niggling doubht at the back of my mind..thoughts please..

 

They never seem to have a good start to the season... But you would have to fancy them.

Might take that myself, only bet I won yesterday was a £1 double on Chelsea -1 an Barca -2 returned £30.70 so that wasn't too bad. Although I'll take it on Asian line -0.75 stupidest bet offer ever, just the same as backing someone to win with better odds!

IMO, Man Utd are always vunerable at the start of the season and it would not surprise me at all to see Everton WIN. In saying that i think it will end in a draw. Everton have a better squad this season than last and strong rumour that Adam Johnson could well be going on a seasons loan from Man City as part of the Jack Rodwell transfer.

Yes that's pretty much all it is but with Asian handicap you can't bet on a draw. That's why I don't understand these -0.25 and -0.5 because that's still backing a team to win by 1 goal with lower odds. Which bookies did you get 10/11 at? And what they got for -0.75?

 

How many uniteds play tonight? We all know who he meant so completely unnecessary to give abuse.

thats what i thought, in the grand scheme of things i agree with him, i hate it when people refer to them as united and you are expected to know who they mean, but with there only been one game and it being so early in the day i thought it was acceptable to be lazy and just put united, if thats all some people have to worry about in life tho, good luck to them...

Got united -0.75 at 23/20, cheeky 5er on united to win both halves at 5/1, score in both halves is 2/1. Some great odds here.

 

Thinking of just sticking a patent down on united, galatasaray and bayern Munich all to win. Same overall stake returns same amount if all bets win but there's more chance of getting something back.
