would be pleased to see D.J in red and black. Seems a bit of a moody git but can score goals at this level so possibly a good addition to the squad.

    From the transfer rumour site

    19 Aug 2012 11:50:25
QPR striker has failed to agree terms with Bristol City after clubs agreed 600k fee. Campbell now expected to talk to Blackpool and Burnley as both clubs have agreed fee. Wages could be an issue Campbells prefered move is to Blackpool.

Van Persie wouldn't score for us.

We are useless. We create F A.
Types like Pearson, Morris, Woolford, Foster in Midfield.

Del - We are in the Championship not a Scottish Pub League.

Completely agree! I'm pissed off with reading so much negativity on this page. Still expecting better things this season. Up the City!

When we had a creative midfield player in LJ, you slated him as well. You need to relaise where City are in the pecking order. We are a small(ish) club in real terms, certainly in fanbase terms, whicj = gate money, which = funds for players. We cannot compete with the top spenders in this division.

'When we had a creative midfield player in LJ'
I've heard it all now - Please keep it serious.

'We cannot compete with the top spenders in this division' -
So that's a great reason to waste wages on a Championship reject - Pearson and and the Pub League player Morris.
Hang on, lets waste more on Wilson when we have Foster (Del's signing) Carey, James Wilson and Edwards who can play there.
And STILL we await a CH.

Carey has not got the pace to play RB any more, Wilson and Edwards are untried and may not be up to it. Leaving us with one decent RB. We've only signed Wilson to Janurary anyway so it's hardly a long term waste of cash!

Redprintt, thats naughty - Jody Morris has certainly got the best CV I've seen for a pub league player (see under)

    Chelsea
UEFA Cup Winners' Cup (1): 1998
    FA Cup (1): 2000
    Charity Shield (1): 2000

Agreed this was some time ago and it remains to be seen if he can still do it but 8 years at Chelsea then Leeds is clearly rubbish then...?

    Give me strength...

'Agreed this was some time ago'
    Like the last Century.

'redprintt you're talking like all is lost' -
Shiny, is it Ground Hog day - you and a few more on here said the identical comment last August.
I genuinely think without the CH and creative CM the future's not bright.

'Wilson and Edwards are untried' - Both have played and looked decent as cover for Foster.
FFS - We are talking priorities here.
Our Priority is a CH and a creative CM.

I think we way see our creative midfielder in the loan window, del said we will get another 2 in before the transfer window closes this and I expect that will be dj and bikey

2000 i think you shall find is this century
i for one do not want the future to be orange seeing as wilson can play centre half i think we dont need to rush into signing someone del is prob trying to bring them in but it takes time and not easy to spend someone elses money when its your job on the line
