Gotta say our keeper and defence were woeful today , but well played Swansea . M L was an awesome player (I saw him live a couple of times for Barca ) and could well prove to be an equally good manager . Swans seemed to play alot more effectively than last season , much more decisive with their posession . MH has a lot to learn with tactics , Rangers are useless at playing out from the back . Onouha and Ferdinand are poor technically and seem to get found wanting most of the time yet we havent replaced them . What is it with ex MU players when they come to Rangers De Silva and Park were dog sh*te today . Thought Diakite was ok along with Mackie and Hoillet , the rest looked like they couldn't give a toss .

Fair play to swans...to confident i think and just didnt do the job. Still happy in the fact we will finish above them this season....

We at least know where our problems are and can sort them...swans have no clue yet.....!

I disagree with that, we knew what our problem was from last season, and that was turning possession into goals. I hope we have sorted that out now.

When we lost to Bolton first game of last season, they went down and we didn't so no worries.

There is no excuse. It was worse than last year when we had a Championship team. I do not think the expectation or anticipation has ever been higher as a result of having signed more players than any other Prem team. My executive analysis is that we are F++++D.

The only thing that matched our woeful performance was your woeful support! So many empty seats for the opener you clearly expected to come away with nothing!

Queenslander: after that performance and you're confident you'll finish above us? Hmm....you been licking the cane toads again?

Can't pretend to be anything other than gutted but well done Swans. The only bit of bad luck we had was Mackie not putting it away. Goals change games but probably not this one.

Knackeredjack, what are all these things we've got to worry about? It was a poor performance from a team who clearly haven't gelled yet, we got our tactics and formation wrong. You played well. Bolton hammered us 4-0 first gane last season then got relegated, so don't get too cocky. I'd still take our squad over yours anyday, and still tink we'll finish above you.

It happens every single pre-season Brix and I hate it.

How grown men can get so carried away with their own fantasies is incredible. Yet they make the same mistake time and time and time and time again.

That said, its one game and I still think we're a lower mid-table side.

I'm sorry but don't lump all of us in together.

There's still some of us who can be objective despite most people always losing their heads.

The Swans were brilliant today and fully deserved their win. Watching the movement and passing of their front four was amazing, very slick. They just sliced through us. The second goal was as well worked a goal as you'll see.
Their defence swarmed on any QPR player on the ball who was near their box. They wanted it ten times more than we did.

Hugely disappointing watching this second half performance from Rangers, but sometimes you've just got to hold your hands up and say well done. I just hope Sparky can sort it out sharpish. That second half was comical.

    The sun shone. We didn't.

In my opinion, today was not a disaster. It was an early wake up call.

    Mid-table safety, me arse!

Up and at it next week you Rs!

"I'd still take our squad over yours anyday"

    Really?

    REALLY?

Can you see your squad scoring the second goal?

Your own fans are saying you have over-paid stars that "believe their own hype". We don't. Same as last season. I don't wish QPR any ill but some of you really have to be a little more realistic and Fernandes has to now realise that throwing money at a club does not of itself buy results or success.
