[h=1]Two out, two doubtful for QPRâs clash with Swansea[/h] Friday, August 17, 2012 2:41 PM QPR are missing Armand Traore and Alejandro Faurlin for tomorrowâs clash with Swansea as well as Joey Barton through suspension. Bobby Zamora and Samba Diakite (both knee) could also miss out. Mark Hughes has a number of candidates to take over the captaincy from Joey Barton - who is serving a 12-match ban for his dismissal in the final match of last season against Manchester City. Squad: Green, Cerny, Fabio, Ferdinand, Hill, Onuoha, Nelsen, Connolly, Derry, Park, Taarabt, Hoilett, Diakite, Dyer, Wright-Phillips, Johnson, Zamora, Ephraim, Cisse, Mackie.
Looking at the squad we are allowed 18 and there are 20 therefore you can probably already count BZ & SB out as well.
Faurlin expected. Traore we can cover I'd suspect with Fabio and Onuoha doing full back duties. BZ would be a problem if he was planned for the first eleven since he lends himself to a distinct set of tactics. Diakite would be a real sucker punch though.. :0(
Not too bad for the opening game, nobody's been badly injured during pre-season.Samba would be a big loss though, with his rampaging runs and i reckon he could dominate their midfield.Zamora wouldn't be a massive loss for this one game as it would give Adel the chance of roaming free in behind Cisse!
Park and Taarabt in the middle, Hoilett and SWP on either wing, Cisse and Mackie up top. Not bad for an injury hit QPR ;P I suspect Diakete will actually play, so put him in for Mackie and switch him and Taarabt around. Mackie 60min super sub.
Miffed, God bless your equanimity, I'm xxxking pissed off. That entourage Hughes brought with him, what are they at?
