No. Just no. They get like 60% possession in most Premier League games they play.

I think what you've done in this post is gnored the entire season except for the barca and bayern munich games.

I wouldn't say he's that defensive; they got 6 past QPR with Torres getting a hatrick. They'll only be defensive against about 4/5 teams, and if they're trying to win games one nil and Torres is up front on his own, I think I know who I'd bet on to score.

Can anyone find the statistics for how many minutes Torres played last season under Di Matteo? I have a feeling he had a pretty good goals to minutes ratio.

Premier league results under Di Matteo last season:

    Chelsea 1-0 Stoke
    Man City 1-2 Chelsea
    Chelsea 0-0 Tottenham
    Aston Villa 2-4 Chelsea
    Chelsea 2-1 Wigan
    Fulham 1-1 Chelsea
    Arsenal 0-0 Chelsea
    Chelsea 6-1 QPR
    Chelsea 0-2 Newcastle
    Liverpool 4-1 Chelsea
    Chelsea 2-1 Blackburn

Apart from the 6-1 win over QPR it´s not a very impressive record in the premier league....and How many goals did Torres score in those games?

As it says above, 7 in 14. 1 in 2, which would take him to 18 over a full season. Add in support from Hazard and the manager being more settled in the job, and 20 looks easily within reach.

That 7 in 14 isn't in the league. His ratio in the league is 4 in 11. (Hat-trick against QPR and one goal against Aston Villa).

Aguero, Van Persie (if he doesn't get injured) and think Torres will have a good season.
