    Suggest you scroll to the bit where it says he scored 15 goals and made 20 assists. One every 98 minutes he was on the pitch. Also suggest you read the bit where it says he performed excellently in the first half of the season in the Barcelona SYSTEM, before Guardiola shifted him to a more defensive position in the same SYSTEM that he then struggled with.

    Once again GOOD PLAYER continues to deliver GOOD PERFORMANCES and GET RESULTS even when SYSTEM doesn't suit him.

    A lot of those stats mainly came thick and fast during the start, he then faded, and got dropped. :).

    Ah I see. So initially he was absolutely fine with the Barcelona SYSTEM and banging goals in for fun? Poor lad probably got tired later on in the season, what with having to cope with having a real chance of winning three competitions after January <ok>

    Also Guardiola told him he had to defend more, which is definitely something he wouldn't have been used to at Arsenal...
