After describing El hadji diouf as a "sewer rat" just over a year ago....... warnock signs him for leeds..... why am I not surprised? typical hypocrisy from colin.... any port in a storm I suppose....
Here are a few quotes from Neil Warnock on El Hadji Diouf Diouf's reply Ken Bates, Neil Warnock and El Hadji Diouf all at the same club I truly feel for the Leeds fans
I have to say I'm stunned by Colin's hypocrisy - OK people say things in football and mean them at the time, then relent later when circumstances change, but this is incredible - The strength of Colin's statement is not one that can be forgotten. We are talking about a vile person - When there was talk of us signing Marlon King a couple of seasons ago there was uproar on our board and rightly so - El Hadji Diouf is worse. I've read quite a lengthy thread on the Leeds board and there are a surprising amount of posters willing to simply forget everything about this persons past and forgive him his future sins - I genuinely feel for the likes of Simon who rightly and bravely stands against this terrible signing
Danger At Leeds United under Ken Bates we have to accept what we are given, you don't realise how fortunate you are that you don't have to search in the dustbin for players! I ****ing hate Diouf but there's no doubting he's technically better than anything bates is gonna let us pay for!! I hated warnock before he became manager I hated Kenny before he signed and I hated Diouf no matter what they will get my full support on that pitch Anyone know life expectancy in Monaco?
Joking apart Kissa, I hear the takeover is back on - It was a mistake taking him on - Your new owners will soon boot him out - Colin's gone down in my estimation
That's the reason he's signed a non contract basis with us I believe if the takeover happens we will tell him to jog on, takeover doesn't happen he will get a contract!!! The takeover was never off just LUST chatting ****
Irritating, this is similar to signing Marlon King. You cannot sign him for your own club because of his reputation, but the team that does has themselves a very good player.
He didn't exactly set the world alight at Donny last season. I think players like this have to have a skill level that will outweigh the amount of trouble/disruption they may cause. Good on NW for giving him the opportunity, does give the impression that Bates has put the kibosh on any takeover though.

I think Colin = Neil Warnock but I don't see the connection Is it a thread I've missed or am I just thick
