ok, less emotional response now. What a shrewd bit of business getting Park to QPR. TF has seen the popularity of football in Asia and decided to get a piece of that pie. I am racking my brains to think of any other club that is backed by fantastic football people who are also such shrewd business people and with more than adequate resources. I know we've said all that before in multiple threads but seeing the reaction of kids and adults alike on the video in Malaysia is something else. We are, surely, some of the luckies football fans on God's earth at present?!! No more patience left for 18th - Come on You Rssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssss!! LR will be rocking again and very soon.

Tony, like no other owner I have heard of, actually understands marketing. He wants to create loyalty from big numbers of people for all of his brands, and knows that to do this he needs to offer us value - exciting players, big plans, constant media attention, a dream of success but one which is not a complete fantasy. He's really good at this ****. For those of us worried about transfer fees and high players wages, relax, I am totally certain that we are operating within a very well constructed plan - not like Chelsea, Citeh or Portsmouth, this is a new approach entirely. We are becoming the first post-modern club. Brilliant.
I think I'm falling in love with our Tone. TF, AB and PB seem to be the greatest leadership in football. On a side note could the sit down interview (as opposed to NO's on the fly one) mean AF might be captain this season...
Crikey! We've come such a long way in a very short space of time. I can't wait to be walking down the Uxbridge Road to see the Queens Park Rangers. 9 days! Great vid and the Macca tribute was a great touch. Saturday will be so exciting yet emotional at the same time.

A great video. How lucky are we to have TF at the helm - all those bad years are very quickly becoming a distant memory! Think back 3/4 years ago, how times really have changed.
