Personality really. Granted I've not been in the dressing room and it was a tough lot at Chelsea, but he doesn't come across well in interviews, lost the players and appears to be a bit immature- understandable given his age. There's not a great deal else to base it on- he'd only been in top level management for 2 years before Roman took a punt on him. Figures of £11m have been reported as his pay off from Chelsea, that's probably the top possible amount, but even still, it's a fairly damning judgement from the club. Can't really question what he did at Porto, momentum and belief can be as important as the system though (as Chelsea showed last year). I'd say the experience of Mourinho made the club and players more inclined to believe in a young manager. Big bonus is that Spurs don't have many legends or old timers around now, King's retirement will have left a void and there is much less chance of dressing room issues. Perhaps I'm wrong about him, but I've not seem much since he moved to England to suggest otherwise.
I do hope the driver doesn't get carbon monoxide poisoning before he gets the chance to get the juggernaut "a-rollin' "
I think someone took the juggernaught out for a spin, saw it earlier... please log in to view this image
he seem's to have grown up a lot since his Chelsea experience,he's done alright so far, except our squad's a bit lightweight,in strikers.
