You are correct (again!) - once we have all decided on a banner I have an email address that we can send it to to eradicate the auto downsizing. Super Yann - the feedback I received is that as long as its 1800 wide then it won't be a problem. Do you know the measurements of the pic you posted? I'll leave this thread up till Thursday morning, after which I'll take all entries and make a poll in a separate thread so we can decide as a board which one we would like
I don't think what I've done will meet the requirements then, especially after uploads auto scales down anyway! I will have a go this evening to see if I can do anything which will be 1800 wide. Does anyone have any definite requirements about what should be on the banner? I agree with IA that a half empty (or mostly empty!) stadium would look awful.
I think the banner should have image or text highlighting our league one victory amongst anything else you think looks good! And an ostrich
Dont know what you all think but just quickly made up this. I dont own the copyright for these images but i dont know if thats a issue as ive edited them.
I like the background a lot. But not so much the quote (it discredits Parky). Or the font. Maybe that with League 1 Champions?
Heres it with League 1 Champions Which font do you think would be better its just arial at the moment Maybe the gold badge aswell? Another quote could be This is our season, our moment, our club, Charlton Athletic.
Glad someone has a similar idea to the one i did i.e Powelly and some of his speech. Mine was a bit too busy but was more of a mix of several ideas in one. Defo think it should be badge on one side, Sir Chris on the other, with a quote and something in the middle. I'm gonna have another crack, as this is actually quite fun (sad i know...)

I'll arrange a poll over the weekend. We have yanns and jims- if anyone else wants to throw a picture in the hat then this is the last chance. Think we should thank those who have had a crack - there have been some top banners created, now it's decision time.
