Hill would be ideal but he probably won't be a regular. I did like the passion showed by Cisse so he's on my "captain radar". I don't know about Park's personality or command of English but he certainly would lead by example: as of today, he gets my vote.
Hill or Derry are the only 2 that jump out as real captains. Leadership, passion, ability and presence to bollox a teammate when needed. Sean Derry's maturity and prefessionalism set a real example when ref was blatently conned by diver Young made me feel both proud to be a Ranger whilst blood boiled. However, the captain needs to be a regular on the team sheet, and that leads me to vote for Samba Diakite who I think is going to be a real revelation this season.
I don't think Hill will play enough games to warrant the armband. I'd have to go with Park, vast experience.
Nelsen for me,i think you'll all be surprised how many games he'll play this season,unless of course sparky pulls another cb out of the bag like everybody on this forum wants.
