    Looks like they've had enough of NOT606. Syd has formed a breakaway site and most of them have gone there. 90% of them are good posters, but same as us, they have one or two resident arseholes. Shame, it used to be good craic on there, I'd rather have a forum with other teams, but some of their less "knowledgable" posters used to whip themselves up into a frenzy at the sight of a black abd white username. No doubt we'll get the blame.

    Its clearly our fault. Its the strangest complaint going. "I don't want mags on our threads". Er why did you join a multi team forum? I thought Syd had some involvement with this site at a higher level? What's the new site called? :biggrin:

    To be fair I think these forums are good for those who aren't keen on contributions from others teams fans. I never understood why they joined a multi team forum. Fair enough some will say they want a contribution but feel some are just on the wind up. But you can ignore whatever you choose and being honest I think many on the mackem board were just very insular. Many of the arguments they claim upset them would start with over reactions to a comment by a Newcastle fan. They saw the username and set off. It didn't matter if the comment was positive, negative or just banter.

    Plenty of them are a bit more chilled to be fair.

    He was/is a Supermod, Micks right hand man. Whenever there was a problem/trouble, anywhere on not606 he was called on to sort it out. Can you imagine how hectic that could be ................ even without looking after our two boards.
