The team looks a whole lot more solid in the new system with an extra man in the middle. On a purely head to head basis, good forwards will tend to get the better of defenders over 90 minutes, we'll have to do our defending from the front. It's something we're quite good at and something that gives me a micrn of optimism.

 

I think we'll hold a clean sheet in the first half and we'll all get some false hope then get smashed in the second

Would be happy if we scored a goal

 

The opening game isn't the whole season. Just because the chances of a win are low, doesn't mean we can't win. I want a good performance that will encourage the team for later games.
