    Kanu has already departed, SB3.

He collected his bus pass and left FP last week.

And know its hard not to worry, but I think you'll be fine.

How many deadlines have there been now?

I think it was TB simply saying a date to try and get into the players heads how close and serious your situation is.

He needed the high earners out and the majority have gone.

All TBH is doing now is standing firm so the club make him a better 'offer' to leave.

After listening to his interview a few weeks ago he doesn't seem like the type of person that would let the club get liquidated.

Have read in places that application for liquidation is Tuesday so that it's all done and dusted by Friday, however I think this is nonsense.

I think it'll be Wednesday before anything gets moving. Whether it be good or bad!

Somebody else was pointing out (on the News site) that with every player leaving Ben Haims position was becoming stronger - he is betting on Chanrai not giving up on his £17m if his £3m is the only barrier.

So who will blink first? The person solely to blame of course is that effing idiot Peter Storrie - negotiating a big contract for an okay player with no relegation clauses.

Kanu's agent is talking so it's very likely that there will be a settlement - Birch's problem is that he speaks to the press more than he speaks to the actual individuals involved. Kanu also won't want to be seen as the person who liquidated the club.

I also like Liam Lawrence's stance - he knows he'll be murdered if he's responsible for the club going under.

Something will be agreed either tomorrow or Wednesday.

Then maybe next week, the FL will relapse you can't field a team and will let you sign players on a month by month basis.

After not paying the millions and millions of pounds you have got away with TWICE Singing, why worry about not paying players money there owed.

Sounds like it's all a game of chicken being played, but at the end of the day, Looks like it is both parties interest to reach a deal. Stand by for a compromise in the nicotine.

Also, I think that SB3s prediction that Saints will be relegated this season will prove wide of the mark. Tell you what SB3, if you are right I will come done to the Pompey board and publicly acknowledge your correct prediction. And if Saints stay up, then you should come on the Saints board and......oh....wait..<laugh>

Ok Channon you have a deal. If necessary I and although I think it is highly unlikely,as you will have to come to our board, I could always ask CyprusSyd if I could make another 'guest' appearance on your board!<laugh>
