Now I was very much in favour of us signing Fletcher but these stats are a little worrying...

Wolves had far and away the most successful crosses in the league last year, yet according to the table posted up by Cest earlier Fletcher only made 10 clear cut chances for himself all season. So my question is, where was Fletcher when all these crosses were flying? Just a bit concerned we could have another bendtner type player on our hands here... I'd still like to see the lad sign and would of course give him my full backing if he does, but for the money being touted, looking at those figures, it makes me think twice a bit..

On the other hand, anyone for Jarvis? lol

P.S. For those who can't be bothered to scroll all the way through, the important ones are:

    #7 SAFC 143 successful crosses
    #1 Wolves 199 successful crosses

The number of successful crosses is not that significant as Man City were only 14th in the table produced

You can use stats to make almost any point you want about a player, what matters more for me is that he has torn many sides (including ourselves) apart, as well as scoring against the likes of United, City and Arsenal. This was while playing for two absolutely piss poor teams in Burnley and Wolves.

They've just turned down an £11m offer from Stoke for Jarvis apparently (though how they think they can get away with turning down that kind of money is beyond me.)
