The only player i would send out on loan is reeves. He is a bit older and need some first team football, send him to a league 1 club Bournemouth?? The rest are only 17/18 and are too young to go out on loan. They should also stay here to continue their football education with the first team and receive top class coaching.

 

Reeves would flourish in a decent League One team I reckon.

 

It's a shame Saints dont pick a local smaller club and almost adopt them to use as a feeder club. Provide them with a supply of our talented youngsters to gain valuable league experience whilst helping the feeder club survive or gain promotions
We have a good number locally - Bournmouth, Oxford, Aldershot etc (not that lot on the East side!)

 

I don't know, it might be fun to keep Pompey as a pet

 

I think Reeves will be on his way out, he didn't fly out with the first team squad this year and can see him moving on (probably on loan)

The other 4 will play, and Moore/Hoskins will get cup appearences and possible loan deals I think

Is he not already? Hasn't featured in a single match of our preseason either for the first team nor U21s. Is he injured or just being persistently overlooked?

 

Reeves played in at least one U21 game.

He played against Winchester City for the u21s and looked the standout player. Pretty sure that wasn't his only u21 game.

 

I heard that but couldn't find confirmation, someone posted that we were 4 down at half time!
