    Does anybody else think we should have given the lad a chance this season? We could have done with him in the second half of the season! Still at least we may get a fee for him in the summer!

    According to Wiki he's only made five appearances for them. Hopefully we'll be able to sell him in the summer, and Smith.

    He played a couple of games and then got injured and has just returned now.

    I think it's if he reaches a certain amount of appearances we have to pay Depor an additional fee.

    Probably yes, but they are usually 20 games at a minimum when you pay that fee, so we could have done with him in recent weeks!

    Xisco must have been really confused about whats gone on. Came for 6m, was probably told he was the future of the club and had great potential, scored on his debut, then the manager goes, there are protests in the next game, new manager comes in, leaves, another manager comes in, we get relegated, he gets loaned out, we get promoted, he comes on as a sub in the second game of the season and sets up Caroll for his hattrick before being shipped off on loan again. Odd.

    I heard he was only on 40k, not so bad as 60k. And nearly every player probably gets an appearance bonus. He's also set up a couple of goals since he returned, sounds like a genuinely good player who just couldnt adapt to England, or wasnt given a real chance.

    Surely with him being on loan to them part of the agreement could be yes you can have him but cancel the payment clause

    He's a useful sub for me on FM2011!

    Still, would have been a useful striking alternative if he wasn't out on loan. A bit like Routledge, he should have had a recall clause put in.

    I think you should give him a go next season, bring him back, See what he is like, if he is ****, Offload him in January.

    He should have been given more of a chance, but I wouldn't bring him back now, he'll just go down as another foreign flop.

    This. Just didn't adapt and never really given a run or anything. Also looks a bit lightweight and just simply not suited to the style of play in the PL.

    Funny to think he was once one of Spain's hot prospects, and now only 3 years later we're desperately hoping we can get 1mil for him in summer.
