We really don't seem very good with this at all do we!

We offer £12 for the first round of the cup v Bristol Rovers, which I think is excellent and hope a decent crowd will turn up, yet charge £15 for West Ham in a friendly! After going on the website, it appears we've sold literally NO tickets for West Ham. I thought we learned the lessons after the Wolves game!?

Also, the most expensive tickets in the Sir Alf Ramsey stand are available for £12 v Bristol Rovers, the same price as the other areas. I'm surprised by this, I would have imagined just this area would have cost slightly more.... If I was going I'd try that!

I remember before the 05/06 season we hosted Atletico Madrid and Rangers. I can't think of another decent foreign opposition to come to Portman Road for a friendly? Lazio still owe us one, typical Italian's....!

Fair play to the club on the Blackburn price though. I am pleased that they have lowered the " C " prize bracket for a few games this season ( will probably be 2 or 3 ) so it's a start. I think £20 is the price most games should be at this level, £25-£35 is simply too high and I can see clubs will have to lower prices the next few years. Funnily enough, for that game the expensive seating in the Sir Alf Ramsey is £40, double the price of the cheap tickets. Still find this perplexing regarding the cup game!

I agree the wet sham adult ticket price is a bit steep but in all fairness the u16's are free and its 14 quid adult price with a season ticket . our group will be 2 adults plus 3 kids at a total of £28 which i think is good value .But imo i do think the price of tickets should be reduced . Bums on seats and all that argument .

I guess the cup/ friendly prices are based on the prestige of the opponents. The fact that one game is where both clubs will be going 100% to win and a possibly upset versus a nothing game which will have zero interest doestnt seem to be taken into account

Whilst it sounds better than previous seasons, this is all a bit overly complicated isn't it?? Surely they should just say have a set price for League home games say £20-25 for adults. This can change for cup games dependant on who we play. And have the odd promotional day throughout the season rather than having a different price for games. If you are like me, I think alot of people go to games when they can, often not dependant on who we are playing and this whole pricing thing just over complicates it. I used to like going, knew how much I was going to pay be match, unlike last season turning up on the whim and finding the cheapest student ticket I could get was £28, which was a completely different price to what I paid a few weeks before!! I nearly turned around and left!!

Match day ticket prices have been a big bug bearer for me since ME has come to the club, this season appears to be cheaper but it seems unneccessarily overly complicated!!!
