Although I got into Spotland with my camera ok - even after a search at the gate, looking in my camera bag!.....I was told by a steward that I could take photos only upto Kick off, or I would be kicked out or camera confiscated. So took the warm up and watched the game Heres a link to some of my pre match pics. http://www.facebook.com/media/set/?set=a.4347863861184.183733.1425207553&type=1&l=08e4555218 Cheers Andy
Could have been a total arse and not let me take these - I tried to blag my way with " its only a pre season friendly".
To be fair I'm more impressed at the fact you didn't get me in any of these! I was sat right at the front on the half way line. Cracking photos though!
Think I was sat near you - were you sat on end aisle seat right at back of the stand, slightly to the left of the centre circle? I was the large bald bloke with the yellow t shirt under a jacket wearing shorts and seemed to be annoying the bloke in front with my big gob!
Yeah I was on top row - end of isle . Citys media team were videoing the game for Tigers Player next to me. Thanks for the kind comments on my pics
interesting to see an all too familiar pose from Cameron Stewart looking forlorn with his head bowed in frustration looking as if he had just screwed up another promising situation. and this was the warm-up?????
I would love a job as Citys photographer.........even tho mine have been on the official website - I want a job of some kind in City!
I wish the lads in the medis suite would open up to outside photographers. I got the goals at Ferriby - Dave the city photographer didnt! I wish Luke Cash, Garreth Grithiths, and Jethro would open upto the fans.
i ll paraphrase what i said in a different thread, there were at least 11 worse performances on the pitch yesterday and he didnt really have a bad game. let's give him the objective benefit of the doubt before judging. as for nepotism, that is for Bruce (Snr) to manage, just as it was Nick Barmby's job to manage the Ex-Man Utd dressing room clique scenario that developed last year.
Fair enough, I take your point having not seen him in City colours yet. However, I do not think we would have signed him if he wasn't Steve's son and if Steve rates him that highly then why sign Faye?
