Total bloody pain in the arse for anybody living in London. A rich-get-richer greedfest for plump and adulterous politicians to get some exercise
Check where they started out...Click on the link to find out.. https://www.joininuk.org/wheretheystarted
I'm waiting to be interested. And am I the only person staggered by the size of crowds at the roadside watching a torch go by. If they ran down the bottom of my garden I'd close the curtains. Bah Humbug.
Got to be honest, the Olympics have never been one to watch for, but for some strange reason I'm actually looking forward to it this time.
just travelled across london, en route from bristol and there really is a buzz about the place, vollentier meet and greets all over the shop, even hardend commuters going out of their way to be helpful, getting quite exited now,
I thought it was top drawer - always going to be drawn out as it takes time to get 207 teams in the stadium
Liked Bond & Bean - not surprising that the best bits were based on film characters given Danny Boyle was the director. Was waiting for Harry Potter to swoop in on his broom at the end and light the cauldron......
Men gymnasticS done us proud today getting bronze. Girls volleyball team doing well too at the moment winning our first set, the first we have ever won
Lady volleyball team won the game yesterday making it the first victory ever in the olympics. Not bad, and well done to them
I think it starts on 18 August at Forest's City Ground. Events include 'Throwing toys out of the pram', 'Throwing stuff at players', 'Absuing people called McInnes' and 'Dropping like a stone'. Enjoy!
