A lot of people seem to consider our resources as if we'd be using the same 14 or so players all season.

Whilst even with all the new inclusions, Jamie would probably establish himself in that number, things change pretty quickly what with suspensions, injuries, form loss and all. With that in mind, can't see how we could afford to let such a powerful contributor go given the circs.

Silly article - and nowt more than fantasy for lowly Blackburn imho.

I'd sell him for £6m+. We're a business at the end of the day and if we have an asset that is being under utilised and worth more now than what it could be in a few years time, we'd be mad not to listen to offers. Just any team but Blackburn. It's time we shafted them. I wonder if the form of SWP on the Asia tour has changed MHs thinking?

Would be a sad sad day if we let him go - thankfully TF has said it isnt happening!

His passion is something not many football players these days have and as has been said, it offsets against Taarabts skills but perhaps lesser workrate (although that did change last season)
