I don't think Davis will be fit, and I think it's more likely Lambert will play behind Rodriguez than the other way around. I can see us making 7 or 8 half time changes, too.
Why not a two in one? Saves another thread? And yes, but I think Lambert holding it up and feeding the pace of Rodriguez would be more effective than the other way round.

Or, utilise Lambert's ball keeping and playing skills by feeding him short balls from midfield and allowing him to find the natural striker Rodriguez in attacking positions, rather than forcing Rodriguez to play out of position.

I can see us going with the 4231 with attacking wingers really running at them, especially when Lambert plays. If he comes off, I can see Sharp or Jay Rod leading the line and looking to chase the early ball.

Booked the "bundle" so I am going, a bit miffed that we didn't get our ST seats, but have been pushed back to row AA for this one, a more panoramic view than usual, just get hacked off with people coming and going at various intervals, never mind just glad to be there, any result other than 1 - 4 will be an improvement.
