Norwich are finalising a deal for Sunderland defender Michael Turner, 28, after he passed his medical on Wednesday.
Manager Chris Hughton is also talking to Leeds United midfielder Robert Snodgrass about a £3m move.
Sunderland are keen on Blackburn’s Martin Olsson and Aston Villa’s James Collins.

Hope to god we get Olsson instead of smelly Warnock like & ginger collions will be a ok Signing. FTM.

 

West ham are now linked with collins, so that means he wont be coming here lol. Unless he has a bond with the gaffer.

 

Not bothered about Collins but Olsson would be perfect for us a lb and would surely spell the end of the possibility of us getting Warnock

 

Martin Olsson would be great for us. Let's hope this is more than a rumour.

Collins can handle the weather up here.... Gingers don't like the sun so that must be used in the negotiations. Olsson is a canny player too, would take them both and they would Improve things greatly.

SUNDERLAND continued the process of clearing the decks yesterday as they sold Michael Turner to Chris Hughton’s Norwich City.

The Black Cats agreed to the cut-price deal – believed to be around the £1.5million mark – and Turner was in East Anglia yesterday undergoing a medical ahead of the transfer.
