There's nothing to be protected from, none of you can afford to travel further than the Den these days.
They can't be affected much more than they have been FFS. I've lost count of the amount of games on a Saturday that have been brought forward to 12:15 "on police advice". Was even worse in the Prem - any match against anyone in top half was just about moved to lunchtime.
there were 3 possible motions listed Limit the number of fans allowed to attend matches restrictions on the sale of alcohol and give the games early kick off times again it will be the fans that suffer and if they limit the number of fans allowed to attend the club will suffer too,,,
Limiting those who want to go see Millwoe would likely have no effect as that number is so limited anyway!
jonny i think youll find we are your cup final the ER gate against Millwall last season was your second highest i think we were second only to Burnley but if theres no police protection for you guys this season and we are allowed to travel i will expect the gate figures to drop as half of your lot wont turn up as per usual
Following on Jerel's posting, I recall reading at the time that many fans went to their only game of the season as a mark of respect for Gary Speed. How did you compare the prior years in L1?
He doesn't need to Mighty - He thinks everyone else will do it for him Our last 2 games at ER in League 1 for the lazy septic tank 37,036 (4,000 higher than your biggest last season and it was midweek) 21,348
No-one was there for the 'Wall. It could have been Bodmin Town and we would have had 37,000 there. Probably even more, as a few Bodmin might have turned up. Now back to your wheelbarrows, laddies.
We made one hell of a lot of noise considering none of us were there
Because your the one that is trying to prove the point im not trying to prove anything just commenting on his stupid comments to which he knows FA about and i aint his bloody gofa
****ed it up badly in your real Cup Final next game, though eh? Funny how so many clubs do that - build themselves up to play the best they ever had when they turn up at ER and then it screws the rest of their season.
Was a brilliant game to be fair - but unlike some, we rolled up our sleeves and did the business the next season - so often you see teams get beat in a playoff final and go down the following season (like Swindon when we beat them and the team Doncaster beat a few years back)
A few of the Leeds fans from 606 booked the hotels for the Wembley final and were very upset when we beat them.
These Millwoers are such good entertainment... They come onto our board with such frequency, it makes one wonder what they are really all about, eh?
