Saw the headlines on the BBC and thought I'd pop over to offer my support for what it's worth. We Swansea supporters went through this a few years ago and it wasn't pleasant. The 2010 administration was for a company called Portsmouth City Football Club - that is being dealt with by Baker Tilly. The 2012 administration is for a company called PFC 2010 PLC and that is being dealt with by PKF. The law says a CVA can only include creditors of the company involved. The creditors of PCFC Ltd are NOT creditors of PFC 2012 PLC; however, PCFC Ltd is a creditor of PFC 2012 PLC so Baker Tilly got to vote

This is the bit that was most unnecessary........... and so damn patronising. I don't know if anyone else noticed but Kanu had a relegation clause in his contract so is no longer on the Championship wage. But I can't see what the "fascinating proposition" is that Jordan Cross was referring to in his tweet last night (unless it's to hold the negotiations in public).
