To stop the site being attacked by spambots (those automated accounts that post links to dodgy sites and things like that) if any new poster makes a post with a link in it (like you did for the video) then the post is hidden until a moderator approves it. By the time I saw this thread it was at the bottom of the 2nd page of the message board. If all I'd done was approve the post it would have stayed there. Once someone has made 10 posts it doesn't do it, so if before you next post a link or a video you make another post you won't have the problem.
