Strong rumour that we are looking to loan him for the season from Wolfsburg.

    He's 23, 6ft2 and a centre-back.

Did great for F.C. Midtjylland and broke into the Danish National team (won 2 awards recognising him as Denmark's most promising youngster).
Got a €4 million move to Palermo in Serie A.
Did great for them and had a good 2008 World Cup.
2009-10 season saw him move to Steve McClaren's Wolfsburg for €10 million (loads of massive European clubs had been interested) where it all proceeded to go wrong.
McClaren was sacked amid a relegation battle, old manager Felix Magathe came back and the next season saw Kjaer only start 3 games.
Following season saw him loaned out to Roma after Kjaer said he'd never play for Magathe again. Roma had an option to buy and didn't take it.

I feel this one really has legs. Wolfsburg want to recoup some of the money and need to put him in a shop window.
Kjaer has spoken of how he would like to play for a team that plays like Barcelona.
We do. We have a Danish legend as manager...ergo.
A loan with a buy option at the end of the season would be ideal for us.

He has 20 caps for Denmark and scores a few goals for a centre-half.

Anyone with a name that doesn't sound like Michu or Miku would be very welcome.

Let's hope we don't go for Mikel from Chelsea as well.

He's been disappointing everywhere since leaving Palermo.

Agger had to hold his hand through the Euros.

We've been linked to him for years because of Agger and the link to Scandinavia (Molby, Hyypia, Riise, Agger etc).

Decent on the ball but shakey in defence, basically. A big risk in the PL when you consider he'll be up against pacey, powerful strikers nearly every week. At Palermo he was playing in a much slower league in a team with reasonably modest aspirations.

Mike Hunt? Yeah big hairy so and so, huge smile gone vertical, normally tight lipped but opens up with the right stimulation but closed for business for 4 or 5 days a month.

First there was Stan from QPR who adopted us and now it seems we have a Rev from Liverpool who seems to have for the same !

Makes a refreshing change to the certain numptys from Legoland that pop along from time to time.

Yeah, for me Rev is a welcome visitor to our board. Understandably supports his own team but is not one-eyed about it and sees the broader picture as well.

You're my second team :emoticon-0115-inlov haha. Seriously, I've just always loved the European, passing style and it's great to see a team play it. I'm cautiously positive about LFC playing like it too, all seems too good to be true!

Also, the Liverpool board is quiet, the girlfriend is in Portugal, there's **** all to do <laugh>
