Too much has been said by people who actually know what's going on. Yesterdays comments by Warnock sealed it for me. "They are good people and have the club at heart, and want what I want..." Remember he also said that whats happened in the past with player contracts is criminal, obviously a swipe at Bates & Co, plus he said he had offers to go elsewhere when everyone knew he wasn't happy about money for players.

I'm no expert when it comes to this kind of thing but the word Vision is an interesting one, as it was LUSTS vision statement for the future that got the interested parties involved. Could be nothing major, but it is something to do with our club.
Turns out the only director, Keith Allen, is married to Yvonne Allen. Yvonne is an old chum of Ken's from back in his Chelsea days, and is also a serving director of Leeds United. Be afraid. Be VERY afraid.

Could this be the new company set up by the new owners (prospective new owners) to purchase the club? The same thing happened at Nottingham Forest, NFFC Group Holdings Limited was registered two days before the takeover was announced

Yvonne Allen has been with him since his Chelsea days, so I want her as far away from our club as possible. We did the same thing (accounts wise) when we were reborn after admin. Well, I'll think I will 'switch off' for a week, like everyone else I'm completely fed up with the wait and the disruption to squad development. Saving grace is that Forest don't yet have a manager to influence their buying power and secure the players we may be after first. Would think that if there is nothing announced (e.g. a call for a press conference) by 11 a.m tomorrow morning, then it rolls over to next week. Normally PR announcements/press calls aim for lunchtime news for evening and national coverage.
Seen a sensible seeming suggestion on WACCOE that all the various companies making up the different parts of the club will be transferred collectively to this new company, which will then be bought by the new owners.
