MOTIVE In 1961, Dev was short of cash and was recruited by the CIA to take part in the Bay of Pigs Invasion. He's never recovered from that fiasco and holds Kennedy personally responsible for the humiliation. It's the only blot on an otherwise unblemished military career. OPPORTUNITY Dev's whereabouts on that fateful day in November 1963 have never been satisfactorily explained. Could a heavily armed and disgruntled Dev have been milling about the grassy knoll? While there is no smoking gun, there is plenty circumstantial evidence to suggest that Dev was up to his neck in it. We need answers.
