I don't quite understand the discrepancy between the fees reported, mind. Paderborn say 2.5 million euros, quite clearly. Are we bunging his agent 800,000? I hope not..

If it doesn't work out maybe we can trade him to Cash Convertors?

Meh, happens all the time. The best example I remember is when Ronaldo signed for Man Utd they quoted something like £11m, whereas Sporting said £4m. There were some incredulous cries from portugal when £11m was quoted, almost laughter and there was a big gap between the quoted fees. Its also easy to forget that Ronaldo was dogga in his first 6 months or so at Utd.

We could - but remember that for something worth €3.3million, that would get you £4.68 at Cash Converters for a trade in.

It would be better to stick him on e-bay when they're doing a free listings weekend.

If we're paying in 6m / yearly installments it'll probably be closer to £2m once it's paid. ;)

Nowt wrong with scoring tap ins. Filipo Inzaghi made a career of scoring them at crucial times.

    Anyway, Wilkommen in Hull Proschewitz.

Yes its a stage between top end of league one and the bottom end of the championship. IF Proschwitz gets the same type of chances here that he got over there expect the same result.

Many clubs had doubts on players like Graham - Morrison - Holt - Lambert - Le Fondre but they proved they had the quality to step up. With the right service i do expect both Fryatt and Proschwitz to score 20+ each.

Oh i agree. Tap ins can be an extra for Nick P. I prefer the other types of goals he scores more of though.

£2.5M is a lot of money but he looks like a good striker, also 6ft3 so should be a threat in the air

Just watch and listened to an interview with him on Tiger player done at Cottingham, he sounds keen to get going, and at least he speaks good English, so communication is not a problem.

Not very often sadly but dont it out. We have 2 players who have that ability to do so is all i am saying. As long as Hull City win games i dont care who scores.

Gwilym already screwed up his name in the 1pm Bulletin.

The guy has been hinted at for nearly a month - he's been in contact with City for a fortnight - the press conference has been booked for 24 hours to take place at 1pm.

Surely the person doing the 1pm news should think... might be worth practising this a little before I go live.

It's not like we just signed Leone Sextus Denys Oswolf Fraudatifilius Tollemache-Tollemache de Orellana Plantagenet Tollemache-Tollemache
