Pic three at the top of the page. Rush looking at Brendan like he's mental. The first three is like little a story. Caption comp....... Rushie: Where's the striker?
I thought that as well Luv. I was thinking more: Brendan: "There's got to be more to scoring goals, tactically speaking, than just 'be in the right place and keep it on target, boys'. No?" Ian & Robbie: [Stare uncomprehendingly at crazy person for an uncomfortable amount of time].
A couple of articles on the Liverpool website which you may want to read. - First of all, Carra on the heat the players face and getting fully fit for the new season. (Link here) And our Scottish centre-back, Danny Wilson, on the tour itself and trying to force his way into Brendan Rodgers plans for the upcoming season. (Link here)

The 9pm kick off on Saturday, is the British or American time...? Edit: Nah mind, ESPN at 9pm British time...
Absolutely amazing to see Rushie and Fowler as part of the representation, would be good to see them have some kind of full time coaching role, tho i seem to remember Fowler being involved last season. It'd be inspirational for any footballer to see those legends surely
Totally agree. 1st and 4th (?) on our club's top scorer list. Absolute legends, both! Brilliant to see them still involved - get digger back, too!
Doubt RF would be back if Ol' Big Nose was still around, though. It's obvious they didn't get along. Anyone know anything about this Toronto team? Any familiar names?
Aron Winter was the coach, now it is Paul Mariner and they have Torsten Frings and Danny Koerverman(sp) and then it is a bunch of US, Central, and South Americans throughout.
Righto. Unknowns are always more concerning. Can't prepare for what you don't know is coming. I just hope we play well and I can't wait to see how we implement BR's philosophy. Should be a fascinating game regardless of the result.
A couple of articles on the Liverpool website today which may be of interest to you. - First of all, Liverpool goalkeeper Peter Gulacsi on his long-term target to be first-choice goalkeeper. (Link here) And Dani Pacheco on the tour giving him a chance to make an impression on the new manager. (Link here)
I saw and read both of these earlier today. I think Gulacsi is living in dream world since he is currently fourth choice keeper but appreciate the ambition he is showing Pacheco really needs to impress. I said last summer that he was drinking in the last chance saloon before he got loaned on from the club we loaned him too!!! He is one of those players that, for some reason, I want to see him succeed more than others, there is just something about him that wants me to see him playing in the first team week in week out. With Sterling and Suso possibly stepping up, Dani really needs to buck his ideas up, there isn't room for all of them...not yet anyway
