blueturk sheep updates the list as we get more and more entries, you will be added dont worry........
I'm in, though my foetal overlord will be making an appearance in November, so I'm not sure about the frequency of my predictions. Hm... maybe I will devise some way for the new-born to predict the results for me - gotta be more successful than I was last season!
blueturk the cat (Div 2: 9th) A poor start for Blueturk with just one point to show from 13 games left him languishing in the bottom half but with a much improved second half of the season, he managed to pull it back round. This was summed up nicely when he claimed his first CS against Watford late on in the season to confirm a top half finish and almost snatch (a probably undeserved) playoff place. A similar season but with a stronger playoff challenge would be a success in the coming season. John Hughes (Div 2: 19th) In fairness to JH, it was a very injury struck season, only really beginning to compete around Christmas and managed to still collect 26 predictions. But we cannot avoid that only picking up points in 8 matches lead to him claiming the Wooden Spoon. The plus side is that next season the only way is up and we are all looking to much more rewarding campaign. Koreanbluebird (Div 2: 15th) Another late joiner Korean was fairly solid in gaining CR’s but only the single CS against the Posh and long runs without any points left Korean stranded near the bottom of the league. Will be looking to avoid another such season and push up the league.
GLAMorgan (Div 1: 2nd RU) Only beaten on the final day of the season on CR’s so GLAM will be feeling a little hard done by not to win the entire thing. GLAM emerged as an early season favourite, after back to back CS in games 2 and 3 before slipping back. The Predictor of the Month Award for October and a late fight back brought GLAM back into contention and he must surely be aiming to make amends this season. isawronnymoorescore (Div 1: 14th) Another one of the three musketeers who finished on 27 points, scraping away from relegation thanks in ronny’s case to past success. A run on 9 points from 5 games was the real highlight and he briefly held a Top 10 place but he needed a late run of 3 CR’s to get him over the line. Again this coming season, ronny will surely be in the mix for the drop… Dai it looks like Div 2 for you, if you can predict consistently this season.... And in other news, Swamps multi - million re branding project (complete with new red kit) has fallen through. Apparently some angry fans wrote a letter of complaint and a U-Turn had to be taken...
Milford Bluebird (Div 1:11th) Milford will be happy to be joint highest CS scorer in the bottom half of the top flight especially after an intermittent season, often going long periods without picking up any points – 6 games with no return at one stage. Fortunately, three pointers at good times steered him clear of the bottom and 4 points from the last four nearly saw a crafty top 10 finish. Could go either way next season.
Yep for you two and remote has also committed Ccfcremotesupport (Div 1: 15th) Another who profited from a last day CS to secure top flight predicting for this season. Up until then Remote had looked increasingly likely to get dragged into the tense relegation fight but he pulled 3 points clear to breathe a sigh of relief. After a close shave last season, relegation worries must be a pressing concern in the Remote household for the forthcoming season. Somebody just has to find Sparky....?
Hi Blue, Will pop back in from time to time. Should be able to get predictions in. Cheers for all your efforts.
