Bardo, by some distance. But I think Mig has dragged us out of the mire a time or two and deserves a special thanks, too. It was a good first season for him.

    Angeleri anyone?

I'd have went for Bramble up until 5-6 weeks ago. As much I've been against Bardsley 'cos I'm sick of the "well at least he's a tryer" attitude of many Sunderland fans his attitude win's the award for me, even at Newcastle on that day he was the only one who could come out of the game with any sort of credit, he never give up even when getting battered.

    Bardsley.

A credit to the badge in a team full of bottling piss-flaps.

Has to be Bardo. Not because he's a trier, because I think as a pro footballer, trying should be the minimum requirement of your job. But for me in terms of quality he has shown much more improvement this season, with a couple of super strikes to his name.
