Doubt it.......unless its a player we have already had discussions with and he agrees to it, i.e. Hoilett New players getting linked now, will be a load of rubbish really.
Maybe we'd get some new Asian signings that no one's heard of? It could bolster our gains (monetary and fan-based) in Asia, and bring in young new talents... (Yes, ones under 30!)
All depends who has gone out to Asia I would guess. My assumption would be that as a group they have discussed and agreed targets, the likes of Beard and co will then go out to try and complete deals. I think it would be fair to say we have probably already entered into negotiations/discussions with the clubs and maybe even the players involved. The process tends to be a domino effect at times - we may be reliant on other clubs completing deals they have set out to make before releasing players that we are trying to sign.
According to TF, they have already spoken to the 2-3 players they are interested in. I don't know if that means contracts are on the table. But if they are, i assume they can still sign while the team is in Asia. Any new player linked with us is nothing but a load of rubbish at this stage.
My "ITK" complete guess stated there would be a signing a week after the get back. That was based purely on logic.
I thought most on here have dart boards full of Panini football cards and threw random darts at it, the number of darts pre determined by the cycle of the moon and the potency of the LSD. Beats bending over and playing guess the fruit i suppose
