Lets have a look at Ambrose. Starting with last season. Played 41 Goals 10 Assists 9 That to me is as good as any player in this league! Would love this sort of contribution from midfield really. He's not especially injury prone either as mentioned. Sure, he's had a few knocks like with most players, but looking at his career past the least games he's played was 29 in the 10/11 season. Looking further into it, he averages approximately averages 39 games a season................... Last time we had him, he was quality on loan. I saw him away at both Birmingham and Norwich, and he offered so damn much yet the rest of the team was so poor. I met him away at Crystal Palace in the 2-1 game where Andros Townsend was sent off. Signed my programme, nice guy but Birmingham bound. For the 2 posters who have said no, can you both explain better for £250,000 from midfield please as I'm at a loss what's better? 09/10 season, 20 goals and 12 assists from midfield. Responsible alone for 32 goals in a terrible side, please inform me of better?!

Westy i meant injury prone of late, especially when it comes to playing against us, i'm sure he has missed the last few games against us but may be wrong!! The stats you have shown are good but 09/10 season was a few years ago and a few years is a long time in football. Not having a dig but for me, i would rather look elsewhere.
