Gonna be a good game, I know that much. Europe in the balance, it's crucial to our seasons.
You lost your last game though, we won 3-0.
Bad luck, hope you lose ;)

    Sturridge is cup-tied I think.

True but we were playing Tottenham who were in fine form and we only lost 3-2 so it's not like we were thrashed. Before yesterday our form had been ok, beaten West Ham in the cup, beaten Newcastle 4-0 and we should have beaten Chelsea but had to settle for 1-1.

He is, thank the lord for that!!:emoticon-0100-smile

I think it is wrong, that our coaches have been ordered by the police, to go down the M1

As if we are going to have a running battle, doing 70mph down the M6, if we see a bolton coach.

    Thoughts?

Having said that, we've managed to get to the semi-final without Sturridge, having faced Wigan, Fulham and Birmingham. It won't be a problem.

    http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/fo...uka-face-bans-fan-confrontation.html?ITO=1490

Ricardo Fuller and Vedran Corluka could face bans after confronting fans at Tottenham’s 3-2 win over visitors Stoke on Saturday.
Stoke striker Fuller grabbed a Tottenham fan by the neck in the closing moments while home defender Corluka had to be held back by Spurs assistant manager Kevin Bond after confronting one of his own supporters.

Sounds like a storm in a tea cup from the Daily Mail. Doesn't sound like them I know:emoticon-0110-tongu but if this Spurs fan's comments are anything to go by, there doesn't seem much in this story:

    http://tottenbloghotspur.blogspot.com/2011/04/fuller-corluka-vs-two-idiot-fans-what.html

First of all, the Fuller incident. I was sitting approx 2 meters away from this one.
    What the papers say happened:
Fuller went over to take a throw in, a Spurs fan was shouting at him, Fuller walked over to the fan and grabbed him by the neck.

    What actually happened:
Fuller was chasing a pass that went out, couldn't stop in time and fell into the crowd. The fan in question intentionally hit him in the back and Fuller understandably jumped up and pushed him gently in the chest and walked away. As I mentioned, I sit a few meters away from this fan, and he is always standing up giving out verbal abuse to both Spurs and opposition players. He deserved a little slap. Everybody around me wasn't screaming for Fuller to be sent off, we were laughing at this angry bloke because he finally got a small taste of his own medicine. Plus, it was even funnier as Fuller was walking away and the Spurs "fan", safely behind the advertising hoardings and surrounded by hundreds of Spurs fans, started screaming for Fuller to "come get some" like some demented 14 year old chav. Big man.

Nice too see new members joining us. I have also accepted youre friend inviation. Looking forward to you views/comments on the upcoming games too mate. WEMBLEY, here we come!

On the Fuller inccident, correct a "Cantana" would have gone done well with the F.A. NOT <laugh>

Reading today's Sentinel, the guy involved with Fuller was vilified by his OWN Spurs fans. Say's it all really.

Take care bud, keep in touch as my nan used to live in Hanley also, like the early 1900s until the 60s. HOW it's changed since them? She ran a sweet shop but I don't recall the street name. Twas opposite the old "Derricots" fish and chip shop.

Am I right or wrong in assuming whoever wins the semi will automatically qualify for Europe? Man U already qualified for the Champions league and Man City at least the Europa league. Does the runner up (what Sundays winner will be at least) get a Europa spot? Sorry if 'm being ridiculously stupid.

Villa, we are a small town... you are just annoyed because we beat you 3-2 :)

If the winner between Man Utd/Man City qualify for the Champions League, then Bolton/Stoke get a Europa place.
We want Man Utd to win, because then we'll defo get Europe.
We will know beforehand anyway as they play before us :)

Both sides deserve to be in the FA Cup semi finals as they've jumped through as many hoops that has been put in front of them. I have relatives in Bolton and they support Manure which is common place around the area, they're also surrounded by Liverpool supporters and Man City supporters. Well done to those Bolton supporters going I say, it's going obe one hell of a day. It's a shame they haven't sold their allocation but it happens. They deserve to be in the Premier League as they've worked at it and they are there, which can't be said for a few other big clubs in England when based on history.

I for one cannot wait for the big day, i've been getting all excited like a small child ever since my ticket came through the post, I don't usually cuddle my postman but that moment was deserving of such a thing. Alll of the supporters going will blow the roof off Wembley and I can guarantee that if we get going Wembley won't have felt anything like it before, they've seen Stoke at home but they've not seen 33,000 of us packed in to half a stadium.

    :)

Ive actually been a follower of 606 for the best part of a year but because i work nights it was always too late to post. To be honest ive only just moved up Hanley, i grew up in Cheadle but still have alot of great memories of Hanley when i was younger and im afraid to say like plenty of places in the country its begun to go down the s*****r. However its great to see so many people in the city wearing there colours with pride and honestly iv travelled abit and us Stokies are by far one of the most passionate fan bases in the country!!!! love it!!!

Looking forward to a quality game on Sunday, going get myself down the pub, gutted i couldnt afford the tickets but i reckon the atmosphere after a few bevvies will be sound enough. Anyways take care matey!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
