They say every cloud and all that, well our fantastic form left me searching for that silver lining, then along you all came. Nothing like a bit of dross to get you hiting the keyboard, hard not to when you need to get things off you chest. Thing is, now you have started please stick around, this board is all the better for you.
I was on BBC 606 yesterday, the Sunderland board only has 6 pages now, most posts were by Roker Report! I felt sad, remembering how vibrant the board used to be, the friends I made, the laughs I had. Much as I like not606, I'll always think of BBC 606 as home, even though I haven't posted there in months. Also visited ITL yesterday, where I have an account. Geez, is there a more deserted SAFC forum around?!
Suppose he is a newbie in the strictest sense of the word MrRAW, he's still wet behind the ears anyway.
I do not post reply's to the threads very much as I feel my thoughts about SAFC at the moment are of a relegation battle.I can't see us picking up any more points this season under SB.Hope I am wrong,
I hate voicing negativity, but I'm with you on this one. I just can't see where the points are going to come from with the way the team are currently playing. I have to say that supporting Sunderland for the last 40 odd years has made me ever the pessimist and rarely the optimist! Baa Humbug!
606, bloody mods and that dam 3 minute rule but we all know that we would all be still there if they had not decided to close it down, still this is home now. The more who come over from 606 the nearer we can get to the 606 style so I hope more come over and become regular posters.
I didn't like the style of this when I first moved here, but I love it now. But, a forum is only as good as its members, and I think we've got a good, even range on here, with more lenient mods.
appreciate the OP, shame it was taken in another direction, by people who spend more time on our board, than their so called own. But as you rightly say Syd, the more the merrier, of the footballing kind.
