Sadly thats down to a couple of factors, mainly us being bored waiting for the new season to kick off and you giving us so much ammo to take the piss. ohh and the JH effect, things will no doubt quieten down when he ****s off on holiday

Why should it have been removed? So far the guy who posted it has been called a prick 3 times by our posters, and there was no abuse in the OP. No wonder the boys up the road think we're all tossers.
"Why should it be removed?" Simple really. The O.P.'s intent was one of disruption to this board. He masqueraded under the "flag of peace",when in fact "peace" was the last thing on his mind. He set out to provoke,got the response he wanted,and then complained like the baby he clearly is. I don't EVER remember this poster making such an appeal to the likes of jh,and aber when they filled THIS forum with abuse.If he had,my response to him would be different. As a mod I expect you to deal with such rubbish,and if you feel unable to do so,perhaps you should move over and let someone else do it. I hope that clarifies my stance on such postings.
Sorry but Vetch has a very valid point. I wouldn't have gone so far as to name-call but where was this guy when the likes of Moron Hughs was causing havoc over here? The guy caused real problems for the board and the Swansea mods but there was hardly a word of support from up the road. If anything they were encouraging him. When some of us complained on their board we were told to stop whinging. If by 'notable posters' he's referring to Aberthug well we all know about this guy because he's proved me and Vetch right by threatening violence to one of ours including the fact he'd said that he was capable of tracking down our poster and when he did he was "going to **** his kids in front of him". And STILL he's not banned. What happened when JA went over there to complain? What did their 'Mod-Who-Doesn't' do about it? He supported Aber to the hilt. This emboldened him further and just last week overstepped the mark again. So in my view you reap what you sow. Had other Cardiff posters told the likes of these two dickheads that they were an embarrassment to CCFC they may have stopped. But most of them were like a bunch of giggling schoolboys egging on the bad boy in the class whilst not wishing to get into trouble themselves. Wasters the lot of 'em. Oh and for the record I haven't been over there for ages so don't blame me. If our posters are so bad it's open to the 'Mod-Who-Doesn't' to ban them. Pointless coming over here bitching. That's my take anyway.
Lighten up men, just take it where it comes from. It's a cardiff WUM and you're biting. I never go on the cardiff boards as I honestly have no interest in what they've got to say, but this post sort of makes me want to cause some mischief myself I won't though cos I can't be arsed
The bloob mods are very quick to pull any thread/post that they perceive to be bothersome. I see no reason why a similar zero tolerance shouldn't be applied in the other direction. Childish? Maybe. Necessary? Definitely. Then,perhaps, their mods will act with more restraint.
100% agree with kj on this and could not have put it better myself. There lacks a sense of humour on These boards sometimes and people need to start being less serious about trivialiteter Stuff Why doesnt this guy take his problems to his Cardiff MOD? What would he expect over here?

That's just it - their mod DOESN'T act at all unless, as you say, it's to delete innocuous posts from Jacks. To my mind the main function of the mods is to be objective and step in when things get out of hand (been guilty of that myself) and to close threads that are redundant or don't benefit the forum. Ours do a very decent job even handedly imo but theirs is so obviously one-eyed it beggars belief. He's allowed posters like Aberthug to get away with murder and of course the line gets pushed further back each time. Btw, Aber blamed the Jacks for his departure (doubt he's gone, actually), but in fact it was in a fit of pique because their mod pulled his finger out of his ass and deleted one of his posts after a PM from me and some pressure from JA. If their board is having trouble it's because of idiots like that being allowed to get away with so much, and very little to do with us. [EDIT: Btw, just popped over there to see what the fuss is about and can't see anything out of the ordinary. Aber still going on about the benefits of weed and all in all very little activity. No change there then. And this guy is blaming us for this? I rest my case. ]
Knackered,what I meant,and I'm sorry for not making it clearer,is that their mods would perhaps exercise more restraint when it came to deleting our posts,if theirs suffered the same fate. Anyway,it appears to me that the illusory friendliness that they once proclaimed has systematically been overtaken by a high level of bitterness. The continued success and worldwide acclaim that has come Swansea City's way,has simply been too much for them to contend with. Whilst we have improved,they have not. The Mental Health teams in South Glamorgan must be working overtime. I don't post over there so am not aware of what is going on. Aber,of course,is just a dope addled loony.
