Gas & leccy = £50 a month , feckin hell you must eat tuna salads for fun and be as hairy as bigfoot!
I'm hardly ever home and either is the missus. We're both away shagging other ****s in their homes and using their gas and electric Why would having a small leccy bill mean I'm hairy? Gilette razors all the way (although I have long hair now and haven't shaved in about 2 weeks <samaras> )
I'm paying £300 for rent and council tax together and just over £50 a month on gas and leccy, that all works out at less than what I clear in a week
****in hell mate, that's crazy. Was £200 for ticket, £24 for booze (case of tennents, case of strongbow, and already had 2 bottles of polish vodka in the hoose to take), £25 for carpark and spent about £100 over the weekend. Was the least I enjoyed it too this year, rain was ****in murder. Luckily we were camped up in white which wasn't too bad, but some of the mudbaths down close to the arena entrances was ****in mental! Biggest kick in the baws aw weekend though - Having to pay a **** £20 to tow the motor out the car park, as every **** had got stuck. This prick was making about 3 or 4 ton an hour in his Nissan pick up just hauling motors out the mud.
We got a flat which was valued at 95k for 70k. Take away our deposit of 25k and left a mortgage of 45k. Put that over 25 years, and it ended up with us paying slightly over £300 a month. We could probably pay more a month, but keeping it at that has let us build up more savings. Whatever is left when I am finished uni will probably either go to the mortgage as a lump sum, or towards a new house. We have done quite a bit of work in the flat and would imagine the value will be going up. There is a primary school across the road from us that is being demolished and replaced either with new build houses or a new school. I'm hoping for a new school, because that would send prices higher
