AKOS Buzsaky cast further doubt over his future after missing QPR's first pre-season training session yesterday.

The Hungarian midfielder is a free agent and has so far refused to sign the one-year contract on the table, with a number of Championship sides monitoring his situation.

Buzsaky made 15 appearances since Mark Hughes's arrival at Loftus Road in January, scoring two goals.

The club are still hoping to reach an agreement with the 30-year-old, but his future in W12 is in huge doubt.

A source said: “The club haven't set a deadline and the contract is still on the table, but Akos wants a longer deal.”

The guy is clearly deluded. Hughes could get lucky here as it was a mistake to offer him anything in the first place.

Only because we are now buying new names ... Swirds was always wrong about Buz he proved he can play a bit at the highest level ... This is expected now as we all get sucked into the new QPR forward force ... Next year we will be buying 10 mill players

Guessing he was offered a one year deal with no guarantee of first team football. With all the midfielders we could end up with I'm surprised he'll even make the 25. Sentiment aside, there is no future for him at the club. Definitely not now.

With all the midfielders we're buying, I'm starting to doubt any defenders or strikers will make the 25 man squad!!!

Withdraw the offer, now way is a borderline squad member worth more than a year.

I bet he wouldnt make the 25 next season.

He was once a good signing. Remember calling him the "white Pele"?
Shame that his play didn't level up in concert with the Club's climb into the PL.

    Don't dismiss him quite yet.
If he is willing to contribute from the bench, there are worse players that he will keep in the Reserves.

Obviously holding out for a better offer.

Personally would withdraw our offer now , its been a month and he hasn't signed, we've securred diakite and park so no need for him now.

Got to say thanks to him though , some good memories and a couple of cracking goals last year. Also my favourite song.....

Reckon you could see him at Blackpool with olly .

I can see him playing a more forward role next season as he has shown he can score with his head and feet and is a grafter. May even be used as an impact sub late on against tired stretched defences.

    He still hasn't signed anywhere.
Training in Hungary with "a club".

He has to be worth a punt for somebody, right?

Hope he gets a gig somewhere, he deserves it and could have a great few seasons in the championship.

He needs a break right now.

a real shame as he can easily still do a job in england.

surprised no-one has taken a gamble on him tbh. a class act on his day.
