Why should you care about the JT case?
He doesn`t play for Liverpool and it isn`t a Liverpool player he is accused of giving racial abuse.
Seeing as you already state you don`t care about another victim, i find your comment contradictory.

"Donga can you not just accept Suarez has been found guilty and LFC have found no grounds to appeal against their judgement."

    Ring any bells?

    Is Suarez a Utd player?

    Practice what you preach.<ok>

Please explain where in my comment i mention Suarez.
All i said was a poster who claims to care about the JT case had also posted he doesn`t care about the victim.

If by your reference to Suarez you are trying to imply that in my opinion i do not see Suarez as a victim, bravo, i don`t. I see it like your club did, he was found guilty on evidence that left no grounds for appeal.

You objected to mito having an opinion on Terry(because he's not a Liverpool player)yet you had an opinion about Suarez which is very hypocrital.

Ffs lad do try and keep up

And why are you commenting on a comment about A player who is not of YOUR club on another teams board other than you are an arse?

We are interested in this case for very obvious reasons to anyone that is not retarded. We want to see if JT is found guilty that he is punished by the FA (not the court which is a separate issue) in equal measure to Suarez.

If he is found not guilty by the courts we want to see if the FA uphold their stance taken during the Suarez affair that you need very little evidence at all to discipline a player not just accept the beyond reasonable doubt level used by an actual court.

If any of the scenarios above are not played out we will be asking why? And wondering why the media does not ask the same.

It's about equitable treatment. Fairly obvious.

I see it like your club did, he was found guilty on evidence that left no grounds for appeal.

You can't appeal, you fooking dohnut. You can only appeal against the LENGTH of the sentence (and given the withchunt hysteria of the press and the FA at the time, how do you think that would have turned out). I COULD post on here several extracts of learned opinion that demonstrate how the evidence would have been cut to shreads in a PROPER court or Employment Tribunal, and that as Suarez was accused and Evra was effectively a witness for the prosecution (a prosecution that selected the judge and jury, by the way) the method of balance of probabilities, as opposed to reasonable doubt, should never have been used. But be honest, you'd never read it, as you obviously never made it through the 115 pages of kangaroo court's reasonings and just settled for the hacks' New Year's day, hungover precis of the self-serving and contradictory summary.

Only had we gone to the CAS in Switzerland (and risk being thrown out of the Premier league for doing so) had we ever have been able to challenge the findings of the tribunal. But to summarise AGAIN - Luis Suarez has not been found guilty of ANY offence (let alone racially motivated) by any PROPER court in the land. Had any evidence from the FA appointed panel, judge and jury uncovered any irrefutable evidence he'd be in a court now alongside John Terry (or, to be more accurate, he'd have been in a court months ago as it's unlike that our PC courts and FA would have given a greasy, dago from Latin America a seven month postponememt of facing trial so that he could represent his country in an important tournament, given their stance on all things racist).

You're wasting your time donga, the manc has a warped view on the matter.

Funny how even though Terry has admitted saying what hes accused of hes allowed to play the 'context' card in court which was not the case for Suarez in his FA hearing.
Just proves your point mate Court of law>>>Kangeroo court.

This JT case could one of two ways with the FA:

1, JT Found guilty in a court of law and therefore the FA can't punish him again for the same offense
2, JT found not guilty in a court of law and FA claim that because he was acquitted in a court of law, they must find the same

I think this is going to be a very clever and easy way of the FA to brush this one under the carpet given JT is the former England captain and current England squad player!

I for one, can't wait for the bigots at FA HQ to make their final statement once the court case is finished!
