When you criticise every QPR and praise everything chelsea then hes not even a fan or someone with real mental problems. Thats proven by him pulling the PC card every chance he gets but hes also clearly homophobic. As for Terry, hes just pulled the "Im not racist, I help Africans" card.
Its two weeks now since I started taking note and I'm still waiting for just one single day that Flyer doesn't write a post about me. Sometimes he posts three of four times a day! This is getting quite freaky. The guy is totally obsessed with me and I don't know what to do about it. The only thing I can do is ask him to put me on his Ignore list but I can't see it happening.

I fail to understand how anyone thinks John Terry is a racist. He did however commit a public order offence with a racial overtone. He has already admitted as much and frankly in my opinion is digging his grave deeper so to speak. This case has been brought to the courts for good reason and benefits football as it will highlight and stamp out this sort of thing I hope. Mr Terry has lost his reputation either way as i doubt that other than Chelsea fans the public court has seen him as committing the charge. I do not believe that Mr Terry is a racist at all he was purely the victim of being a fool in a heated moment. I doubt if it will change any QPR fans's perception of him either way. His public image was ruined after the affair why he didn't face that I don't know ... Sorry is a far more powerful word than Black

Exactly this. It's quite clear that he made a racist comment towards Anton and he should be punished for it. Doubly so because he didn't just come out and admit it, instead claiming the 'he would never use those words' before changing his statement to 'I only used those words sarcastically'. I don't believe Terry made the comment towards Anton because he actually hates black people, I believe he said it because he was willing to use anything he could think of to wind him up (similarly Anton used the Wayne Bridge scandal to wind up Terry). The difference being that Terry is not intelligent enough to realise that brining someone's colour in to it is an incredibly offensive and abusive thing to do. I have to agree with, and I don't say this lightly, Joey Barton on this. Had Terry come straight out and said 'I'm very sorry, it was said in the heat of the moment and I understand it is an abhorrent thing to say', then maybe he could have saved a little bit of dignity.
The Chief Magistrate had the opportunity to throw the case out following the prosecution's case, the Terry barrister asked for it to be dismissed as he claimed Anton was an unreliable witness but the Magistrate has allowed the case to continue following consideration over the lunch break...
Strikes me Anton's evidence is not what this case hangs on. If he didn't hear the alleged abuse, didnt make a complaint and only saw the YouTube clip, his only role has been to establish what standard verbals are like between professional footballers. And now we know that they are pathetic. It's the lip reader on the grassy knoll......

his only statement is to deny that he heard the insult. Im pretty sure hed have complained to the ref if he had heard it. sounds like Terrys side are desperate and will probably get off and as we all know with court case, they arent there to find the truth but for 2 sides to throw crap at each other and see how much sticks. Well the case is carrying on, judge thinks anton is a reliable witness.

He has just said that he is not racist. Goes on to talk about inviting all players, no matter of the coliur of their skin (etc) to his home and supports charities in Africa. Is John Terry racist? Probably not. Did he make a racist comment? Yes. Why? Because he is as thick as pig **** and can't express himself properly. Is being thick a defence to a public order charge? No. Whether he meant it or not it is still an offence. If I shouted at the Prime Minister that I was going to kill his kids (but actually had no intention of doing so) I would still be charged by the police.
Don't forget - trebly so, because he also said "I'd never use those words on Sky TV without putting my hand in front of my mouth..."
