A rumour no longer. http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/18750029 An often underrated player. Not the most techically gifted player ever, but very hard working and has certainly played his part over the last few years (mainly with his love of scoring against arsenal). A good deal for QPR and i wish him the best of luck.
I think Utd should have kept hold of him, good squad player. Great 1st team player for QPR though so maybe that is why he left.
a stallwart at united.gave everything he had ,his ability was always overtaken by his enfusiasm .im sorry he as been sold ,but we cant keep everyone.good luck ji with your new team .
i was really upset and close to tears when i found out Park has left us, he will always have a special place in every man utd fan's heart. He always gives his all for us, plays with his heart and never gets tired. he will always be remembered at united. he was a special player for us. hopefully one day he returns to us as a coach or anything. Even though he's now a QPR player, he will always be part of united.
Wouldn't understand the connection supporting a team of mercenaries would you? It's ok, not your fault.
I don't understand nearly crying when a player, who has been happy to sit on the bench, leaves. It's not my fault I am older than 6
Was an awesome player for us, did exactly what was expected of him virtually every time, I think he'll do very well at QPR. I was at the South Korea vs Nigeria match in the 2010 World Cup and he played such a creative and attacking role, it was great to watch. Understandable he usually played a much more defensive role for United because he was surrounded by more technical players, but I think he'll be able to show off his creativity and attacking/link-up play a lot more at QPR...
Seems Park decided it was time to leave. After 7 years of loyal service and at 31, the last few years of his peak, i cant blame him for wanting to play 38 games a season.
Think so yeah, doesn't sound like much but i think it was mainly in the last 3 or 4 seasons and he was hardly a regular goalscorer. It acounts for almost a fifth of his united goals.
its what you call real passion of football, we at Man Utd are all connected, we are family. Sorry your a city fan, you would not understand this, because your more of a money club not a football club.
lol man city's board is like an abandoned board. No wonder we see many city fans on here. im not surprised though, in most of the league game you can see many empty seats at city stadium.
Some of the replies on this thread and others on sites such as red cafe are hilarious. Some calling him a legend, some calling him a top player, some calling him a special player. I mean get a grip, he was an okay player for us and put 100% in but 15 years down the line, he wont even be remembered. That is sad but its the truth. A good servant for the club but time for him to move on so good luck to him at QPR.
