Ah the joys of being an existing season ticket holder and getting through first time :)

On the other hand, looks like I was one of those who managed to buy a new ticket at renewal prices. Still think i'll have to cough up eventually though...

TBH the whole process seemed a bit slapdash to me.

I was charged twice last year for three season tickets .... I thought the Mrs had gone on a shopping spree. Got the refund in the end.

I renewed via the telephone for myself and a mate. Because he is having domestic issues I asked explicitly for them both to be sent to my address. I repeated myself to make sure they understood and I had them repeat back to me which address they were going to send both tickets to.

You can guess the rest. I got mine OK and his was sent to his address<steam>

No, the statement from the club was silent on that point, as it was on the fact that the entire process was about as chaotic as a gangbang in a minefield.

Does anyone know if we are restricting the number of ST we want to sell so say 25,000 that will allow away support 3,200 + walk ups roughly 4,000 per match - oh and how many STs we have now sold in total?
Cheers - in the rain

Don't know this for sure but I do know they have to allocate 10% of the ground to away fans. I would imagine regarding season tickets they wont make an allocation, the club doesn't care about walk ups if they can get payment up front now for 28-29,000 bums on seats!

I think there will be a limit on Season tickets, it's not good policy to not allow people to come for one off matches, makes it harder to attract new fans. Very few clubs would sell up their entire capacity to season ticket holders.
